Doctor-patient e-mail communication works

Since 2000 Seattle’s Group Health Cooperative has been offering its patients secure communication with their doctor via e-mail, and at 32,000 e-mails a month, they say it’s working for them. The secure e-mail system is part of Group Health’s electronic medical records system. continues…
